Hilda is a Holy Fire® III Reiki Master, Akashic Records Practitioner, channel, psychic–intuitive guide, and integrative trauma coach, trained through the Integrative Psychology Institute and internationally certified by IPHM.

With over a decade immersed in mindfulness and contemplative practice, she offers soul integration, energy healing, and channeled guidance that support the remembering of the soul’s wisdom and the healing of patterns across past lives and ancestral lineages.

Raised within a conscious mindfulness community, Hilda was trained from a young age in presence-based living and attunement to subtle energies. She has guided over 100 individuals through soul integration, Reiki, Akashic Records sessions, psychic-intuitive guidance, and one-to-one transformational work. Hilda remembers past lives and ancient civilizations, drawing on this timeless knowledge to inform her guidance and energetic work.

Her practice emphasizes grounded, embodied remembering, supporting those who have journeyed through awakening, shadow work, or energetic shifts in integrating their experiences into everyday life.
