* The combination of this energy healing is gentle, relaxing, and uplifting. We are opening from a space of unconditional love and allowing guides of compassion to move through. Know that the activations will shift and move the more open you are to healing and letting go of what doesn’t serve you.

There will be a massage therapy table for you to rest on. You will be fully clothed and positioned comfortably with a bolster under your knees and blankets/sheets for added comfort. Relaxing music/nature sounds will be played in the background. This experience is created in order for you to relax and fall deeper into a state of awareness and openness within this energetic session.
A F T E R - C A R E
Drink plenty of water in order to stay hydrated. Energy is still moving through your body even after the treatment. By drinking more water, you are assisting the energies within your body. You may feel tired/restless and this is normal. Rest, and let the energies move through you.
